EVERY FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH IN FLAGSTAFF IS OUR “ART WALK”

Stroll through the streets and shops in Historic Downtown Flagstaff and meet the Artists! It is a month event that happens rain and shine! Fun, Friends and Great Art to view with appetizer and other refreshments served!

The NAU Athletics annual Wine and Dine in the Pines to raise money for athletic scholarships occurs during the middle of August, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Arizona Snowbowl's Hart Prairie Lodge.

The fund-raiser will feature an array of fine wines from Alliance Beverage Distributing Co., gourmet coffees and desserts and complimentary gourmet food items from 15 of northern Arizona's finest dining establishments, including Brix, Josephine's Modern American Bistro, Jackson's Grill, Pasto, El Tovar, Sakura and more.

Maria Bruggeman, associate director of Athletics, said she hopes the event will raise more than $30,000 for athletics scholarships.
